It's a nice grassy park, with some memorabelia from Albert Payson Terhune, an author of dog stories. A gravel road leads past the gezebo to a few small areas where one can launch. The second is better, a small gravely beach. It would make a nice rest stop to have lunch if your launch site is one of the others on the lake.
